HPS IT Services

HPS IT provides technical support for faculty and staff in the College of Health and Public Service (HPS) and the Center for Learning Enhancement, Assessment, and Redesign (CLEAR).

Supported computers must meet the following criteria:

  • Dell desktop and notebook computers less than 6 years old
  • Apple desktop and notebook computers less than 6 years old
  • UNT property number or Dell service tag number
  • purchased with UNT funds.
     

Hours:   Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Closed when UNT is closed for holidays or inclement weather.

Please note, the HPS IT staff no longer work on faculty, staff and student personal computers.  This applies to work in our tech office and paid work on personal time. HPS IT tech staff will continue to assist faculty and staff with configuration of email and other Office 365 applications on personal devices.
